Euro CVD – Baltic ALD, Linkoping, Sweden – June 2017

Held in the historical city of Linkoping, this event was a combination of the EuroCVD and the BalticALD.

For the first time, the European conferences EuroCVD and BalticALD were organised together from 11-14 June 2017. The conference was held in the city of Linköping in Sweden over three packed days Monday – Wednesday, preceded by a tutorial session which was focused on surface chemistry for CVD and ALD, and welcome mixer on Sunday.
