The meeting will represent the 24th conference in the biennial series of EuroCVD conferences, which started in Paris in 1977.

EURO CVD & ALD 24 will offer a high quality scientific programme. With invited and contributed lectures, a comprehensive review of the most recent research on chemical vapor deposition, atomic layer deposition and related topics.

The conference will also offer the possibility of contributing to PhD students and young researchers and an exclusive networking opportunity with brilliant scientists.
